PUTIN: RUSSIA AND SRPSKA HAVE BROTHERLY RELATIONS, JOINTLY STRIVING FOR FAIRER INTERNATIONAL ORDER

MOSCOW, SEPTEMBER 29 /SRNA/ - Russian President Vladimir Putin stressed at a meeting in the Kremlin with Republika Srpska Prime Minister Savo Minić and President Milorad Dodik that relations between Russia and Republika Srpska are brotherly and that efforts will be made to strengthen them.

"It is good to see you. This year, a delegation from Republika Srpska took part in the Victory Day commemorations. Our relations are brotherly, and we will continue to work to strengthen them," Putin said at the beginning of the meeting.

Putin stressed that together they are striving to establish a fairer international order.

The Russian president wished the ruling coalition in Republika Srpska success in the upcoming general elections in BiH.

"No foreign interference will change the opinion of the population. We understand how complicated the situation is. You know our positions on everything. Once again, we sincerely wish you success," Putin said.

The Russian president stressed that he was aware that the Serbs were not seeking any exception for themselves outside any rules.

"You are not asking for anything special, but only for the implementation of decisions that have been adopted. And we consider impositions from outside, in violation of agreements, unacceptable," Putin said.
