PRESIDENT KARAN INFORMED GRADUATES ABOUT CONSTITUTIONAL POSITION OF SRPSKA AND COMPLEXITY OF CONSTITUTIONAL SYSTEM

BANJA LUKA, APRIL 23 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska President Siniša Karan today briefed a group of Harvard and Stanford graduates on the constitutional position of Republika Srpska, the complexity of the constitutional system, and the political situation in BiH.

During the reception, Karan said that in BiH, there is a struggle between constitutional and unconstitutional reality, and that Republika Srpska advocates strict adherence to the constitution, according to a statement from the President’s Office.

The reception for the graduates was held at the Republic Palace in Banja Luka.
