BANJA LUKA, APRIL 10 /SRNA/ - Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of Republika Srpska Savo Minić said that the resignation of the prosecutor in the unconstitutional Prosecutor's Office of BiH Dubravko Čampara is a consequence of what is happening in BiH, pointing out that those who participated in the political persecution of Republika Srpska officials with a serious legal career, should not be part of it.

"This has long ago left the domain of law, and the political crisis in BiH is the result of non-law," Minić told the press in Banja Luka.

He has repeated that unappointed foreigner's decision amending the BiH Criminal Code caused the crises, although the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH is the one entitled to do it.

"He amended it three times and set up a broad scheme of criminal offences commitment, which we are all being blamed for now," Minić said.

Čampara previously confirmed to SRNA that he has submitted his resignation note to the High Judicial Prosecutorial Council of BiH, which will take effect on May 1.

He has worked in the unconstitutional Prosecutor's Office of BiH for the past 16 years, previously he was a prosecutor in the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office.
