PELEG: I CARRY REPUBLIKA SRPSKA IN MY HEART

BANJA LUKA, SEPTEMBER 3 /SRNA/ – Israeli Ambassador to BiH Galit Peleg said that she was greatly honoured to have been awarded the Order of the Flag of Republika Srpska with a Silver Wreath in Banja Luka today, emphasizing that she carries Republika Srpska in her heart.

"I will always remember your support, and I will always feel at home in Banja Luka," Peleg said after Republika Srpska President Siniša Karan presented her with the decoration.

She expressed satisfaction that she would conclude her ten-year term with expressions of respect from friends of the State of Israel in Europe.

Peleg also said that the Chamber of Commerce of the State of Israel in Republika Srpska, which will be opened in Banja Luka this evening, would serve as a symbol of sustainable and continuous relations between the Israeli and Serb peoples.

"We will have something tangible and sustainable that will create new value over the long term," Peleg said.

Republika Srpska President Siniša Karan today awarded Israeli Minister for Diaspora Affairs and Combating Antisemitism Amichai Chikli the Order of the Flag of Republika Srpska with a Golden Wreath, and Israeli Ambassador to BiH Galit Peleg the Order of the Flag of Republika Srpska with a Silver Wreath.
