PATIENT TRANSPORTED TO BELGRADE OVER TRANSPLANT SURGERY IN MINSK

BANJA LUKA, JUNE 6 /SRNA/ – Members of the Aviation Unit of the Republika Srpska Ministry of Interior carried out an emergency medical transport of a patient from Banja Luka to Belgrade, from where the patient was scheduled to board a flight to Minsk, where a kidney transplant awaits, Mirna Miljanović, Head of the Ministry's Public Relations Department, told SRNA.

Miljanović said that the medical transport from Banja Luka to Belgrade was carried out last night.

She added that during the first five days of June, members of the Aviation Unit conducted 52 emergency medical transports of patients from the broader areas of Banja Luka, Trebinje, Foča, and Istočno Sarajevo.
