BANJA LUKA, JULY 9 /SRNA/ - The District Court in Banjaluka has ordered one-month detention for the suspect identified by the initials I.H. on suspicion of committing the criminal offence of terrorism under the Criminal Code of Republika Srpska.
The District Court in Banjaluka stated that the detention of suspect I.H. was ordered based on special grounds for detention provided for under the Criminal Procedure Code of Republika Srpska.
The detention order was issued on Tuesday, July 7, by the judge for preliminary proceedings of the District Court in Banjaluka, Special Department for the Suppression of Corruption, Organised and the Most Serious Forms of Economic Crime.
Media outlets have unofficially learned that the suspect is Irnes Hubijar /37/ from Sarajevo, who is accused of threatening Republika Srpska and SNSD leader Milorad Dodik with terrorism on the social media platform TikTok.
