FOČA, JULY 20 /SRNA/ - The 12th Jelen OK Fest has concluded at Tjentište near Foča, where, according to organizers' estimates, 30,000 visitors from around the world enjoyed the unique natural surroundings and concerts by 40 bands and performers over three days.
"Confirmation that OK Fest has long surpassed regional boundaries came in the fact that as many as 30 percent of the audience came from European and overseas countries, turning Tjentište into a truly international festival stage," the organizers said.
Last night, the main stage featured performances by Croatian rapper Vojko V, the American hip-hop group Onyx, British soul singer Joss Stone, and Senidah from Slovenia.
"The energy was great, the national park is absolutely incredible. Everyone is so relaxed, the atmosphere is excellent, we enjoyed ourselves; it was a great night for hip-hop," said rapper Fredro Starr from the group Onyx after the performance.
The unique festival in the Valley of Heroes, at the foot of Maglić, the highest peak in BiH, and surrounded by the Perućica rainforest, was marked by outstanding performances from, among others, the British rock sensation Skunk Anansie, Dub FX from Australia, and the Jamaican reggae band The Wailers.
