BILEĆA, NOVEMBER 6 /SRNA/ - Prime Minister of Republika Srpska Savo Minić stated today in Bileća that the new kindergarten in the city will benefit both children and the entire local community.
After laying the foundation stone for the kindergarten, which will be built and equipped with funds provided by the Office of the President of Republika Srpska, Minić said it would be ideal for the facility to be completed and ready to welcome the children by the start of the next school year.
Through projects aimed at the upbringing and education of the youngest, Minić emphasized, Republika Srpska is investing in what is most valuable and its future.
"Even during my time at the Ministry of Agriculture, I advocated for every local community, every village, to be able to provide its residents with the same conditions as those living in large cities," Minić added.
Together with President Milorad Dodik, Minić laid the foundation stone today in Bileća for a new kindergarten, for which BAM 4.2 million will be invested in construction and equipment, with funds provided by the Office of the President of Republika Srpska.
The new kindergarten in Bileća will be among the most modern in Republika Srpska and will be able to accommodate all preschool-age children from the municipality.
The new kindergarten is planned to accommodate around 200 children, helping to solve the long-standing problem of insufficient capacity.
The construction contract was signed in mid-October, and the project represents one of the largest investments in Bileća in the past decade.
The kindergarten building will cover an area of around 1,500 square meters, and construction is expected to be completed within ten months, that is, by the start of the next school year.
The new kindergarten in Bileća will be located in the Bećaruša complex, which offers a natural environment suitable for children. The project also includes the construction of an access road and parking area.
The Municipality of Bileća has completed all necessary preparatory activities for the construction, including project documentation and the resolution of property and legal issues.
