BANJA LUKA, SEPTEMBER 23 /SRNA/ - The SNSD Presidency expects the new Government of Republika Srpska to intensify activities related to defending the constitutional order and affirming Republika Srpska.
SNSD leader Milorad Dodik stated that they expect the new government to continue with the program of rejecting Christian Schmidt as an illegal and false High Representative, as well as the activities he has undertaken.
"We do not accept what he did in the past because it was unconstitutional and anti-Dayton to continue activities of contesting, which is neither constitutional nor in line with the Dayton Agreement," Dodik said after the session of the SNSD Executive Committee and Presidency.
Dodik added that they consider the behavior of the Muslims to have been unfair, as they implemented a foreigner's decisions through the institutions.
He emphasized that any objection to the legitimacy and legality of the new Government's formation has been rejected.
"We expect the Government to draft a plan to support public enterprises in terms of their reorganization, to establish a plan and assign responsibilities for past failures, and to review the behavior of the courts and prosecutors’ offices. We are asking the Government to maintain the stability of the fiscal system, which is currently stable," Dodik said.
They also expect the Government to create a plan to increase employment through previously defined programs and, within the framework of the Active Women Program, to explore ways to stimulate their activities.
"We believe that the Experience Matters Program should be launched to allow pensioners who wish to work to do so under prescribed conditions," Dodik said, emphasizing his support for the Children’s Savings Fund.
Regarding the protection of Republika Srpska's wealth, Dodik stated that laws should be passed on strategic reserves, public property, capital market development, tax autonomy, and one that will clearly define natural resources.
"In all of this, we believe it is necessary to implement a series of measures to combat the gray economy, soaring prices, and threats to the standard of living," Dodik said.
