BANJA LUKA, JANUARY 23 /SRNA/ - The Government of the Republika Srpska, headed by Savo Minić, officially assumed office today.

The decision on the election of the Prime Minister and members of the Government of the Republika Srpska, published yesterday in the Official Gazette of the Republika Srpska, has entered into force.

The decision on the election of the Government, with Savo Minić as Prime Minister, had previously received approval from the Council of Peoples of the Republika Srpska.

The Government of the Republika Srpska, led by Prime Minister Minić, was elected at a special session of the National Assembly held on Sunday, January 18.

Draga Mastilović was appointed Minister of Scientific and Technological Development and Higher Education, Radan Ostojić Minister of Labour and Veterans and Disabled Persons Protection, and Radenko Bubić Minister of Economy and Entrepreneurship.

Nedžad Ned Puhovac was appointed Minister of Trade and Tourism, while Irena Ignjatović was appointed Minister of Family, Youth and Sports.

Zora Vidović continues to serve as Minister of Finance, Željko Budimir as Minister of Interior, Zoran Stevanović as Minister of Transport and Communications, and Petar Đokić as Minister of Energy and Mining.

Alen Šeranić was appointed Minister of Health and Social Welfare, Zlatan Klokić Minister for European Integration and International Cooperation, Borivoje Golubović Minister of Education and Culture, and Bojan Vipotnik Minister of Spatial Planning, Civil Engineering and Ecology.

Anđelka Kuzmić was appointed Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, Goran Selak Minister of Justice, and Senka Jujić Minister of Administration and Local Self-Government.

This is the 19th convocation of the Government of the Republic of Srpska.
