MoI DRILL BEGINS IN KRAJINE SQUARE, SAU COMMANDER RAPORTS TO KARAN

BANJA LUKA, APRIL 3 /SRNA/ - Drill conducted by Republika Srpska Ministry Interior members is underway in Banja Luka's Krajine Square, and the commander of the Special Anti-Terrorist Unit /SAU/ Saša Japundža reported to line minister Siniša Karan.

The ceremony in Krajina Square on the occasion of the Police Day is attended by the director of the Republika Srpska Police Siniša Kostrešević and the delegation of the Main Administration of the Russian MoI the city of Moscow.

After reporting, Karan and Kostrešević toured the equipment and vehicles of the Srpska MoI, "despot" and "whirlwind" in the Petar Kočić Park, which are on display as part of the tactical demonstration relly.

On the occasion of Police Day, a parade of the Police Orchestra was held, which toured the streets of Banja Luka from the Republika Srpska National Theater to Krajina Square.

The Republika Srpska Police was formed on April 4, 1992 and is an executive institution, operational and investigative body of the Ministry of Interior.
