FOČA, MAY 8 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska Prime Minister Savo Minić visited the Foča-based Boletus Company, which is export-oriented.
Minić was welcomed by the company's owner, Miro Vrećo, who presented a new juice production facility that is expected to begin operations soon.
The Foča Boletus Company is known for its jams and fruit fillings.
In addition to production on its own plantations, Boletus purchases agricultural products from cooperators across Republika Srpska licensed for organic production.
Since its establishment, the company has successfully engaged in the processing of mushrooms and fruit, most of which are exported. Raspberries are exported to Sweden, while mushrooms are exported to Italy, Austria, and Germany, with most other products being sold locally.
Customers of Boletus products include rafting camps.
The company was founded in October 2012 and currently employs 24 workers who produce jams, marmalades, and homemade brandy.
