MINIĆ: SRPSKA IS UNSTOPPABLY MOVING ON PATH OF DEVELOPMENT

PALE, JULY 28 /SRNA/ - The Prime Minister of Republika Srpska Savo Minić stated today in Pale, where a newly built roundabout was opened to traffic, that Republika Srpska is unstoppably moving on the path of development.

He said at the opening of the roundabout that, aside from it, the most beautiful part is the flagpole and the tricolor flying and visible from all sides.

"That is the Republika Srpska we truly want to build, and that is a Republika Srpska freed from the shackles of international sanctions and all the injustices we have faced all these years," said Minić, addressing the attendees.

He emphasized that the Government will remain committed to the development of this region, not only as a capital, but for everything that the citizens need and whatever their demands may be.

"I am happy on behalf of the Government of Republika Srpska, because we have an investment cycle of over seven billion BAM. Every day something is being worked on and built, with 11 projects in this area alone," said the Prime Minister of Srpska.

He stated that he had discussed projects with the Mayor of Pale, Dejan Kojić, and confirmed that as early as Thursday, July 30, the Government will make those decisions at its session – regarding a biathlon track, parking, and the arrangement of the square.

Minić added that, when it comes to the city of Istočno Sarajevo, discussions will include a kindergarten in Mokro and the relocation of the headquarters of the News Agency of Republika Srpska - SRNA.

"We have planned funds for this and we will only need to agree with the News Agency, the city itself, and the municipality of Pale on where the headquarters will be located," Minić explained.

He stated that road communication, from the tunnel to the roundabout, will also be discussed, and that the public procurement for the roundabout near the "Bartula" shopping center is launching as early as next week.

Minić praised the Student Center, which he says looks beautiful, and congratulated the director on its good maintenance.

"You also see the part that is being done regarding road infrastructure, specifically the Jahorina - Pale road. A month ago we were here for the opening of the Police Administration building," Minić reminded.

He said that Pale and this part of the Republic are the capital of Srpska.
