BANJA LUKA, OCTOBER 19 /SRNA/ – Republika Srpska Prime Minister Savo Minić announced that the Republika Srpska Government would receive updates every seven days on the decision-making and accountability system at the Ugljevik Mine and Thermal Power Plant /RiTE Ugljevik/, stressing that the trust of citizens shown at the elections must be justified.

Speaking at a press conference in Banja Luka, Minić emphasized that it is everyone's responsibility to ensure the uninterrupted operation of RiTE Ugljevik.

"The Government will be informed about decision-making and the accountability of the CEO, the general director of the parent company, the line minister, and myself. We want to justify the trust of citizens through concrete actions and swift measures, particularly when it comes to Republika Srpska’s strategic infrastructure," Minić said.

Minić stressed that, in addition to interstate agreements for the procurement of machinery, the necessary technological equipment would also be provided to ensure the operation of this energy complex.

"We will not only sign interstate agreements for the procurement of machinery, but also for technological equipment," Minić stressed.
