MINIĆ: INTERNATIONAL HANDBALL TOURNAMENT SIGNIFICANT FOR BOTH DOBOJ AND SRPSKA

DOBOJ, AUGUST 12 /SRNA/ – Republika Srpska Prime Minister Savo Minić said that the International Handball TV Tournament of Champions in Doboj is a major event for the city, as well as for Republika Srpska.

“This sporting event carries an important message: that we are full of warmth and love and ready to organise a tournament like this. We have teams from three continents and a story that continues,” Minić told the press in Doboj before the tournament’s opening ceremony.

Six teams are taking part in the International Handball TV Tournament of Champions, which runs until Saturday, August 15: German team “Melsungen,” Slovenia’s “Grosist Slovan,” “Sporting” from Portugal, Egypt’s “Al Ahly,” the Qatar national team, and hosts “Sloga” from Doboj.

The Republika Srpska president is general sponsor of the tournament.
