TESLIĆ, SEPTEMBER 11 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska Prime Minister Savo Minić and Serb member of the BiH Presidency Željka Cvijanović today laid a wreath at the memorial plaque in the Memorial Church of the Holy Trinity in Teslić and lit candles for around 550 fallen Serb soldiers.
Minić and Cvijanović also visited the parish house under construction, dedicated to King Dragutin, located on the grounds of the Memorial Church of the Holy Trinity. The construction is receiving financial support from the Republika Srpska institutions and the Office of the President of Republika Srpska.
Also present were Republika Srpska Government Secretary-General Dalibor Panić and Republika Srpska National Assembly members Danijel Jošić and Zoran Blagojević.
Archpriest of Teslić Miladin Vuković briefed the delegation on the work being carried out on the building, the foundations of which were consecrated on August 8 by His Eminence Metropolitan Fotije of Zvornik-Tuzla.
The parish house, which represents a debt to the ancestors and a pledge to future generations, will be a modern building with two towers, the Kosovo Tower, symbolically representing Holy Prince Lazar, and the Hilandar Tower, symbolizing Saint Sava.
The three-storey building will include, among other things, a memorial room, a library, a communal dining hall and offices, with a total of around 2,000 square metres of usable space.
