LIFTING OF SANCTIONS SHOWS NORMALIZATION OF NEW US ADMINISTRATION

BANJA LUKA, OCTOBER 16 /SRNA/ – Republika Srpska Prime Minister Savo Minić stated that the temporary lifting of US sanctions against Danijel Dragičević, the Chief of Staff to the President of Republika Srpska, demonstrates that the US administration has normalized compared to the previous one led by Joseph Biden.

"In general, we are fortunate that the current U.S. administration has normalized. No one has granted us any special favor, and we Serbs are simply happy when someone treats us normally," Minić told reporters in Banja Luka.

While the administration was under Biden’s leadership and Michael Murphy was in BiH, Minić said it seemed as though decisions on whom to sanction were made over morning coffee for trivial reasons.

He believes that this move represents the proper course of action for an administration of such a serious country.
