KUZMANOVIĆ: 16 NEW ACADEMY MEMBERS ADMITTED

BANJA LUKA, APRIL 25 /SRNA/ - The President of the Academy of Sciences and Arts of the Republika Srpska /ANURS/ Rajko Kuzmanović said at the formal session of this institution in Banja Luka that 16 more members were admitted who will be a new force in encouraging the progress.

In his address, Kuzmanović specified that the newly elected members of ANURS were promoted today, namely regular members in the working group professors Ranko Popović and Veljko Marić, corresponding members in the working group Jasmin Komić, Đorđo Sladoje, Milomirka Dragomirović Trbić, Stojko Vidović, Goran Trbić, Vojislav Trkulja, Radoslav Gajanin, and Zoran Vujković.

"Professor Sreto Tanasić was admitted as a non-staff member, while foreign members are Đorđe Nešić, Branislav Mitrović, and professors Dragan Perović, Branko Dragović, Elizabeta Ristanović, Milovan Bojić, and Miodrag Čolić," Kuzmanović said, adding that they are an important scientific link between Republika Srpska and the world.

After the promotion, Radoslav Gajanin said in his introductory speech that he was happy to have been elected as a corresponding member of ANURS, adding that he wants to improve academic life in Srpska and medical care in this regard.
