BANJA LUKA, SEPTEMBER 17 /SRNA/ – Only a complete dabbler and illiterate person could call the shameful first-instance verdict of the so-called Kosovo court justice, SNSD spokesperson Radovan Kovačević said.

Reacting to a statement by SDS candidate for the Serb BiH Presidency member, Marinko Božović, that the verdict against four former leaders of the Kosovo Liberation Army /KLA/ “reminds us that justice can be slow but is attainable”, Kovačević says that such statements are an additional insult to the Serb people and Serb victims.

“The so-called ‘Kosovo Specialist Chambers’, although relocated to The Hague, are part of the judicial system of the fake state of Kosovo, which, among other things, means that even if these shameful verdicts were upheld in the second-instance proceedings, they could ultimately be annulled or changed by the so-called Kosovo Constitutional Court. This is praised by someone who wants to be one of the Serb leaders and leaders of Republika Srpska?! Shameful!” Kovačević stressed.

Incidentally, he says, all counts of indictment concerning crimes against Serbs, crimes against humanity, the Yellow House and trafficking in human organs, as well as the illegal secession from Serbia, were either dismissed or were never filed in the first place.

“This is praised by someone who presents himself to the Serb people as someone who will protect their status and their rights?! Shameful!” Kovačević posted on X.

He pointed out that it is by no means accidental that no serious Serb politician or statesman, including Aleksandar Vučić, Milorad Dodik or Željka Cvijanović, has in any way celebrated or praised this farce of a verdict.

“That is just another proof that Božović does not have the capacity for any serious political reach,” Kovačević concluded.
