SREBRENICA, AUGUST 4 /SRNA/ – Everyone involved in the decision-making process that allowed monster woman Elfeta Veseli to enjoy privileges should be held accountable because this is a direct insult to the victim - boy Slobodan Stojanović, and proof that Serb victims in BiH have not and will not receive justice, Branimir Kojić, the head of the Organisation of Families of Captured, Fallen Soldiers and Missing Civilians of Srebrenica, told SRNA.
Kojić told that the information provided by the Tuzla Penitentiary regarding the granting of prison leave privileges to Elfeta Veseli, convicted of murdering Slobodan Stojanović, demonstrates that BiH is a country with no future.
"What kind of country is it where a monster, a woman, is granted privileges and allowed weekend leave after serving only three-fifths of an shamefully short 13-year sentence? What kind of country is it when the Court rewards such brutality with only a 13-year prison sentence?" Kojić asked.
According to him, the Court of BiH should be abolished rather than given additional funding, because, everything this judicial institution does is to the detriment of the Serb people.
The Tuzla Penitentiary confirmed to SRNA that Elfeta Veseli, convicted of murdering boy Slobodan Stojanović, has been using prison leave privileges since September 2024.
Elfeta Veseli was sentenced by the Court of BiH to ten years in prison for the brutal murder of boy Slobodan Stojanović. The Appellate Division of the same court later increased the sentence to 13 years' imprisonment for the war crime against the civilian population.
She has been in custody since September 2016, and her regular sentence is due to expire in 2029.
