INTENSIFY ECONOMIC COOPERATION

BANJA LUKA, SEPTEMBER 3 /SRNA/ – Republika Srpska Prime Minister Savo Minić says the opening of the Israel Chamber of Commerce in Republika Srpska marks the beginning of a new chapter in mutual relations, hoping that it would provide a strong impetus for the development of intensive economic cooperation.

Minić hosted Israeli Ambassador Galit Peleg in Banja Luka for a farewell visit and thanked her for her dedicated efforts to maintaining close Israel - Republika Srpska ties, the Republika Srpska Government's Public Relations Bureau annunced.

He emphasized that today’s ceremonial opening of the Israel Chamber of Commerce in Banja Luka, attended by senior Israeli officials, crowns those efforts.

Peleg expressed satisfaction with the launch of the Israeli economic representative office, describing it as a clear expression of confidence in the business climate in Republika Srpska and an invitation to Israeli investors.

She noted that the State of Israel holds deep respect for Republika Srpska.

"I hope that these close relations will, in the period ahead, also be reflected in more intensive economic cooperation," Peleg said.
