FLAGS OF SRPSKA AND SERBIA PROUDLY FLYING

ISTOČNO SARAJEVO, Nov 21 /SRNA/ – Citizens of Istočno Sarajevo today marked the 30th anniversary of the signing of the Dayton Peace Agreement by displaying the flags of Republika Srpska and Serbia.

Serbian tricolours are flying from institutional buildings, homes, and businesses after local authorities decided to have the flags displayed in honour of the Dayton anniversary.

Legal entities, state institutions, educational establishments, independent entrepreneurs, state and private companies, healthcare, cultural and educational institutions, shops, hospitality venues, banks, as well as residential building associations, are obliged to display the flag of Republika Srpska.

The anniversary of the signing of the Dayton Peace Agreement, November 21, is a public holiday in Srpska.
