EU SHOULD LIFT SANCTIONS ON RUSSIAN CRUDE OIL IMPORTS

BANJA LUKA, MARCH 11 /SRNA/ - Disruptions in supply and shortages of energy resources in Europe, along with the drastic rise in prices of petroleum products, are sufficient reason for the EU to lift all sanctions on the import of crude oil from Russia, said SNSD leader Milorad Dodik.

If the interests of citizens and the economy come first, Dodik believes that such a decision will be adopted urgently; however, if ideological short-sightedness prevails, the consequences will be catastrophic.

"It is time for rational decisions; irrationality at this moment is of no benefit to anyone," Dodik wrote on X.

According to him, the short-sightedness of the Brussels administration has not only created problems on the EU market, but also for those of us who in no way influenced such decisions.
