DODIK WITH HERZOG: SRPSKA RELIABLE PARTNER OF ISRAEL

JERUSALEM, SEPTEMBER 8 /SRNA/ – President Milorad Dodik stressed after meeting with Israeli President Isaac Herzog in Jerusalem that Republika Srpska remains a reliable partner of Israel and will continue to preserve and strengthen relations based on respect, trust and shared values.

Dodik emphasized that Republika Srpska and Israel share an understanding rooted in history, the struggle for survival and the right of peoples to live freely on their own land.

"The Serb and Jewish peoples are connected by suffering, remembrance and the defence of their identity, so our meetings are always a reaffirmation of our longstanding friendship and alliance," Dodik posted on X.

He assessed that his meeting with Herzog was sincere, friendly and marked by mutual respect, and thanked the Israeli President for his hospitality and open conversation.

The meeting was also attended by Acting Director of the Republika Srpska International Cooperation Office Ana Trišić-Babić.
