BANJA LUKA, APRIL 29 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik said that there is a possibility for Republika Srpska to address the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague for the first time in history and present the essence of the problem caused in BiH by Christian Schmidt.
"We will leave it to legal experts to handle this. We should make use of legal and all other available means in this struggle," Dodik said at a press conference in Banja Luka.
He emphasized that the Speaker of the National Assembly, Nenad Stevandić, and experts on these matters from Republika Srpska have identified certain possibilities, as this involves judicial rather than political arbitration.
According to him, international and other relevant actors have always ruled against Republika Srpska, but the situation is now different.
Republika Srpska is one step away from deciding to address the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague for the first time in its history, to present the core of the problem and expose who is behind the greatest crisis in BiH since the signing of the Dayton Peace Agreement, sources confirmed to Glas Srpske.
This move is made possible by a conclusion adopted at a special session of the National Assembly in mid-March this year, based on a proposal by the Speaker of the Republic’s Parliament.
