BANJA LUKA, JUNE 3 /SRNA/ - SNSD leader Milorad Dodik told SRNA that it is important to ensure peace and stressed that Republika Srpska has no intention of problematizing the situation in BiH in any way or leading it to any conflict.
"We intend to fight with political means for our rights and we will not give up on that. BiH has no chance of surviving in global instability unless an internal consensus is found without imposing a solution from an international factor," said Dodik.
Dodik pointed out that such solutions will not pass in BiH, because the international officials who impose them on us are competing for spheres of influence on a global level.
"If we accept foreign occupation, i.e. imposed solutions, then we have accepted to act according to the dictates of those quasi-centers. European countries are not a relevant factor, and not even the EU, which has lost battles in all fields - military or any other," Dodik stressed.
He believes that today the EU, which is intended as a political-economic community, is becoming a military alliance, and that one should also think about that.
"If we go that way, we have to think about it because it is not excluded that they mobilize our people for their conflicts and wars. These are all the dilemmas that we have to keep in mind," said Dodik.
Speaking about the geopolitical situation in the world, in which crises are still ongoing and whose solution is being announced, Dodik said that it is more about the fact that there will be those who will cause new problems in Europe and the world, than that the situation could calm down in any way.
As he emphasized, here we are living the consequences of the conflict of the greats, who are aware of the fact that the unipolar world has failed, that a multipolar one is being formed and now some elements are being put in place.
"It will not be finished for a long time and it will take another decade to set the clear contours of a multipolar world. We are already seeing the initial contours of that world, in which there are several centers of global power that are trying to establish and set the positions of their countries in the right way at different levels - political, cultural, security, and even military," Dodik explained.
This is something, as he emphasized, that we have been seeing recently on a global level.
Dodik pointed out that the problem in the world is raw materials, oil, energy sources that are running out, and new energy sources have not been found.
"We will still have a lot of problems waiting for us in terms of the opening of new conflicts. The only relevant issue that we need to work on is how we will get through it all," Dodik pointed out.
