DODIK: SRPSKA SUCCEEDS IN SHOWING THAT U.S. SANCTIONS ARE POLITICALLY MOTIVATED

BANJA LUKA, OCTOBER 17 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik stated that four individuals from Republika Srpska have been removed from the U.S. sanctions list, and he believes that Republika Srpska is succeeding in showing that these sanctions were politically motivated by the previous U.S. administration.

"I am pleased that the U.S. has begun lifting the sanctions. This process started about 15 or 20 days ago, and today all procedures have finally been completed, and they have been relieved of the sanctions," Dodik told reporters.

Dodik noted that the sanctions were politically motivated by the previous U.S. administration.

"We believe we are succeeding in showing some people that it was politically motivated, and we hope they will understand that. It is not up to us to say when or who, but we have the right to hope," Dodik said.
