DODIK: SRPSKA STUDENTS IN POSTGRADUATE STUDIES IN HYBRID WARFARE

MOSCOW, SEPTEMBER 29 /SRNA/ — President Milorad Dodik said that Russian President Vladimir Putin had approved one admission quota for Republika Srpska students in the postgraduate programme at the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

"The Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Foreign Ministry is organising the second cohort of postgraduate studies focusing on hybrid warfare. I asked Putin to provide one admission quota for our students, and he supported it," Dodik told media from Republika Srpska after the meeting.

Dodik said that more than 40 students from Republika Srpska are studying at various universities in Russia, with support from the Russian Federation and its funds.

He added that, at the initiative of the Russian president, the meeting also included discussions about the Russian-Serbian Orthodox Cathedral Church being built in Banja Luka.

"We informed the Russian president that the exterior landscaping has been completed and that the remaining work involves painting the interior of the church. We also discussed opening a Russian House in Banja Luka, while Republika Srpska and Serbia would jointly open a Serbian House in Moscow," Dodik said.

Dodik said that following an increase in the import quota for apples and pears from Republika Srpska, work is now underway on a package concerning milk and dairy products.
