BANJA LUKA, FEBRUARY 20 /SRNA/ - The President of SNSD Milorad Dodik, assessed that the visits of the Republika Srpska delegation to Israel, Hungary, and the United States were interconnected, and that Republika Srpska did not start from a neutral position, but from a "deep deficit" created by sanctions and political pressures.

Dodik stated that Republika Srpska has friends at the global level who increasingly understand its position.

He said that the victory of Donald Trump in the U.S. presidential election was very important, recalling that Trump had previously enjoyed support from Republika Srpska.

"We could not get anything from the administration of Joe Biden except problems. President Trump did everything necessary within the framework to align and bring our policies closer. He said he would not build other people's states and nations and that America is withdrawing from that," Dodik said in an interview for the portal Banjaluka.net.

He believes this changes the global political framework and that the concept of a unipolar world has been abandoned, noting that Trump gave up the narrative that had been pushed for years in BiH - one man, one vote.

"We opposed that concept, went all the way, and that is why we were sanctioned. We are the real winners of that foolish process of political Sarajevo and the globalist elite. We won in impossible circumstances," Dodik emphasized.

He also referred to statements by U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio at the Munich Conference, stressing that it was significant that Rubio said the "end of history" policy, on which U.S. policy had been based for a time, was wrong.

"He said things that change global frameworks, but no one noticed," Dodik said.

He added that, in his view, Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin are, in this period, civilizationally valuable leaders and that he believes they will succeed in stabilizing civilization in the process of a multipolar world.

Dodik announced that he would travel to the United States again at the end of April, while the Serb member of the Presidency of BiH Željka Cvijanović, will go in early March, when a delegation will visit BiH that will be a surprise for politicians in Sarajevo.

The SNSD leader described the visit to Israel as intensive and substantial, stating that the Republika Srpska delegation was received at the highest level.

"We were received by the President of the Republic, the Parliament, the Government, the Minister of Foreign Affairs. We spoke with ambassadors and companies that want to invest here," Dodik said, assessing that Israel has significant international political influence.

He added that in Hungary they met with Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, whom he considers one of the remaining rational politicians of common sense in the EU.

Dodik stressed that what is currently seen from "quasi-leaders" in the EU does not contribute to Europe's future but undermines it, claiming those leaders "did not want to pursue common-sense policies, but to push their illusions uphill."

"When you reach a certain level, you can no longer push, and when the illusion collapses, the EU will collapse as well. That is why they now admit it is happening. You saw six countries proposing a two-speed Europe. The first circle - Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Poland - would make binding decisions, and the second circle would have to accept them," Dodik said.

He stated that this model is also being offered to BiH - to be obedient - which he says has been facilitated by what he called the submissive policies of Bosniak politicians.

Dodik claimed that Sarajevo politicians have preserved nothing of BiH and that everything has failed, describing BiH itself as an illusion.

Speaking about announced blockades by transport companies, Dodik said he sides with the transporters, assessing it as a "deceptive game by EU structures."

"I believe this is a deceptive move by EU structures aimed at creating as many problems as possible for local transporters so that more drivers would leave for their companies, as they desperately need such workers," Dodik stated.

According to him, such measures could lead to increased transport prices, threaten domestic carriers, and result in bankruptcy for those who invested in trucks and transport equipment.

"That is the corrupt Europe that thinks only of itself, egoistic, telling us we should accept their values, which are deceptions. All of this is part of a persistent policy of subservience by various structures at the BiH level," Dodik repeated.

He believes reciprocity toward the European Union should be introduced and that Republika Srpska should clearly state it does not accept a subordinate relationship.

"Experience tells me that if you don't say 'stop,' you will get nothing except new humiliation," Dodik said.

He expressed confidence that Republika Srpska will find a solution and argued that reliance on the joint level of government is unwise, as he claims the submissive policy of Bosniak politicians amounts only to "nodding in Brussels."

Dodik said that European representatives in BiH have damaged trust in the EU, adding that if the rule of law means the actions of Christian Schmidt, then there is nothing to discuss.

He explained that the court process against him was fabricated with the intention of removing him from office in order to continue the issue of property, but that this will not happen, as Republika Srpska has friends in the world who understand this.
