BANJA LUKA, MARCH 5 /SRNA/ – SNSD leader Milorad Dodik welcomed Russia's readiness to maintain the energy stability of Hungary and Slovakia, stressing that the politics of stability, respect and cooperation is always stronger than the politics of confrontation.
Dodik pointed out that such an approach shows that Russia and Vladimir Putin are not the ones seeking confrontation with Europe, but that the conflict has largely been induced by the actions of certain power centers in the West that tried to draw Russia into an endless war of exhaustion.
"A war which, it is now more than clear, Europe is losing," Dodik wrote on the social network X.
He stressed that this gesture once again demonstrates Putin’s readiness to normalize relations and ensure stability on the European continent.
"He has demonstrated this many times, including toward BiH, which, despite numerous hostile and unfriendly statements coming from Sarajevo, has been supplied by Russia with one of the lowest gas prices in Europe," Dodik pointed out.
He added that Putin, during a meeting with Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto, simultaneously secured the release of two Hungarian soldiers from captivity, once again demonstrating friendship and a correct attitude toward Hungary.
"Hungary has repeatedly warned about the forced mobilization and deployment to the front line of members of the Hungarian community from Zakarpattia as another example of the improper conduct of the Ukrainian authorities," Dodik mentioned.
