DODIK: NORMALIZATION IN BiH POSSIBLE IF SCHMIDT'S DECISIONS ARE REVOKED

ČELINAC, JULY 21 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik said that normalization in BiH is only possible if the decisions made by the illegitimate High Representative, Christian Schmidt, are revoked.

Dodik emphasized that Schmidt has caused direct harm to Republika Srpska.

"Through his decisions and those of the EU, which is acting as if it's enforcing discipline here, they took more than BAM 200 million from us just last Friday. This has never happened before; no side has ever intervened in the financial system in such a way," Dodik told reporters in Branešci near Čelinac.

He emphasized that Republika Srpska is seeking ways to sue Schmidt, who, he said, should have never come to BiH in the first place.

"As far as I'm concerned, he doesn't even exist. I believe we will undo all the mess he has made. We will go after him for as long as he lives," Dodik said.

On July 17, Christian Schmidt imposed a decision in the case of the Slovenian company Vijadukt, which calls for taking funds from excise revenues in the single account, specifically from the portion allocated to Republika Srpska. He also issued a decision requiring the BiH Central Bank to provide funds for new technologies in the electoral process.
