DODIK: I WILL REMAIN IN POLITICS AS LONG AS PEOPLE WANT ME TO

BANJA LUKA, SEPTEMBER 30 /SRNA/ – SNSD Leader Milorad Dodik said that he would remain active in the political arena as long as the people wanted him to, emphasizing that he had left a significant legacy and that today Republika Srpska is known in Israel, the United States and Brussels.

"I will remain active in politics as long as the people want me to; even after that I will find a way to work for the people," Dodik said.

He said that Prime Minister Savo Minić and he had an excellent meeting and reception in Moscow that went beyond the significance and role of Republika Srpska.

"I am satisfied, just as I was when I recently returned from America. I cannot help but be satisfied by the fact that such a small entity as Republika Srpska, through me and Prime Minister Minić, was received at such a significant and high level," Dodik said.

He emphasized that Russian President Vladimir Putin is a friend with whom they had an outstanding meeting full of mutual trust.

Speaking about young people, he said that Republika Srpska is proud of its students studying abroad and supports them, mentioning six students at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations whom he had the opportunity to meet two days ago when he gave a lecture.

He added that the higher education institution is opening a specialized programme on hybrid warfare and that he had asked Putin to open several places for postgraduate students from Republika Srpska to specialize in this field, given that Republika Srpska is exposed to hybrid warfare from the West.
