DODIK: HIS HOLINESS IS CELEBRATING HIS PATRON SAINT’S DAY, I AM HERE TO WISH ALL BEST TO GOOD MAN

BELGRADE, JANUARY 20 /SRNA/ – SNSD leader Milorad Dodik thanked His Holiness Serbian Patriarch Porfirije for everything he does for the Serbian people and the Serbian Orthodox Church, and congratulated him on his patron saint’s day, the Feast of the Assembly of St. John the Baptist /Jovanjdan/.

“A wonderful moment, His Holiness is celebrating his patron saint’s day, and I am here to wish him all the best, to that good man,” Dodik said while attending the celebration of the Patriarch’s patron saint’s day at the parish hall in New Belgrade.

Dodik stated that he was there to mark this important day together with the Serbian Patriarch and his guests, emphasizing that the patron saint’s day is of great importance to every Serbian family.

He added that he regularly hosts Patriarch Porfirije at his family home on St. George’s Day /Đurđevdan/, which is his own patron saint’s day.

To all those celebrating today, Dodik extended his congratulations on St. John’s Day, wishing everyone good health and happiness in family life and in general.
