DODIK: HIGH TIME FOR THE WEST TO LET THE SERBS DECIDE ABOUT THEIR FUTURE

JERUSALEM, MARCH 27 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik says it is high time for the West to let the Serbs decide on their future.

"The West wants to impose liberal values that have nothing to do with our history or identity. They have been pushing their solutions for 30 years, it has failed. Now is the high time to let us, Serbs, decide on our future," Dodik told The Jerusalem Post.

Dodik has pointed out that the world should understand that there is no peaceful coexistence where one side is always expected to apologize.

"We tried that and it failed," Dodik said.

He added that Serbs and Jews suffered together.

"We know what being a target means, when your history is being rewritten, when you are to blame for everything. This is what is happening to us in BiH, just as it is happening to Israel in the world," said Dodik.
