DODIK: GRATITUDE TO VUČIĆ FOR HIS SUPPORT FOR SRPSKA’S DEVELOPMENT

RIBNIK, 2 AUGUST /SRNA/ – President Milorad Dodik stated this evening that the Serb people are deeply grateful to Serbia's President Aleksandar Vučić for his support for the development of Republika Srpska.

He emphasized that Vučić lives as every Serb should, loving every region where Serbs live and every Serb.

Dodik said that Republika Srpska also loves and respects Serbia and celebrates each of its achievements, not only in sports but in every field.

“There is no doubt that Vučić has transformed Serbia, making it strong and powerful and improving it daily. Serbia is now undoubtedly a leader in economic development, and it deserves the president it has,” Dodik said in Sitnica near Ribnik, where Vučić and he attended a public assemblz marking St. Elijah’s Day.

He stated that Republika Srpska looks to Serbia with the same love with which one looks upon one’s own mother and parents, and with which freedom is regarded and cherished wherever it is being built and pursued.

Dodik emphasized that Vučić’s support for the Serb people in Republika Srpska has never been lacking.

“I can testify that President Vučić was the first to sit down with us from Republika Srpska, talk with us and say: ‘Let us develop joint programmes and build a shared Serb vision within the framework of international law applicable to both sides,’” Dodik added.
He reiterated that Serbia has invested 140 million in various programmes in Srpska, placing it among the entity’s largest donors.
