BANJA LUKA, APRIL 25 /SRNA/ – The President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik stated that the decision of the extra-constitutional Prosecutor’s Office of BiH to open a case against the Minister of Justice of Republika Srpska, Miloš Bukejlović, is not valid in Srpska.
Dodik said that it seems there is nothing else to do in Sarajevo but to take pleasure in launching various legal proceedings.
"This is part of their overall activity, as they are simply trying to survive. The fact is – they are illegitimate," Dodik said at a press conference after the SNSD Presidency session in Banja Luka.
He added that the situation has escalated to the point where a decision will eventually have to be made on whether BiH even exists.
"I believe it doesn’t, but I haven’t made a final decision on that yet," Dodik said.
He joked that he believes all 1,178,000 people registered in the Republika Srpska census will eventually end up before the unconstitutional Court of BiH, because, as he put it, “that’s all they have left.”
Federal media report that the unconstitutional Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has launched a case against Republika Srpska Minister of Justice Miloš Bukejlović for allegedly failing to implement the decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH to temporarily suspend the Law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Republika Srpska.
