CRIMINAL COMPLAINT AGAINST MAHMUTOVIĆ ASSIGNED TO PROSECUTOR

BANJA LUKA, APRIL 16 /SRNA/ - The Republic Public Prosecutor's Office has received a criminal complaint against Dževad Mahmutović, a member of the Republika Srpska Council of Peoples, which has been assigned to a prosecutor through the automatic case management system, the Prosecutor's Office told SRNA.

The prosecutor will take further measures and actions, the Prosecutor's Office said.

SNSD members of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly, Sanja Vulić and Milorad Kojić, have filed a criminal complaint with the Prosecutor's Office against Mahmutović for publicly inciting "shooting at the police of Republika Srpska".
