COOPERATION WITH THE MOSCOW POLICE CONTINUES

BANJA LUKA, APRIL 3 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska Minister of Interior Siniša Karan and Police Director Siniša Kostrešević discussed mutual cooperation and friendly relations between the two ministries at a meeting in Banja Luka today with the delegation of the Main Administration of the Russian Ministry of Interior /MOI/, the city of Moscow.

The Ministry of Interior announced that friendly relations were made official in 2015 by signing a memorandum of understanding between the Main Administration of the Russian MoI, the city of Moscow and the Srpska MOI.

"On that occasion, emphasis was placed on concretizing cooperation within the memorandum framework, and interest was shown in the training of service dogs, cavalry, and anti-terrorism," the statement reads.

Karan presented the delegation of the Ministry of Interior of Russia with a plaque for many years of successful cooperation in the mutual exchange of experiences and positive practices, which contributes to the creation of strong and unbreakable friendly ties between the aforementioned ministries.

A delegation of the Ministry of Interior of Russia is visiting the Ministry of Interior of Srpska until Saturday, April 5, in order to attend the celebration of the Police Day of Srpska.
