BUDIMIR: SRNA DEDICATED TO TRUTH SINCE ITS FOUNDING

BANJA LUKA, APRIL 7 /SRNA/ - The Minister of Science and Technology Development and Higher Education of Republika Srpska Željko Budimir congratulated the General Director of the News Agency of Republika Srpska - SRNA Tatjana Parađina for 33 years of successful work of this media house, stressing that the Agency was and remains a truly national news service committed to the truth, objective information and nurturing democratic and human values ​​since its founding.

"Established at the time when Republika Srpska was also created, SRNA agency has become an indispensable source of information, which provides its users with valid and verified news that often travels around the world," Budimir stated in his congratulatory message.

Budimir thanked the SRNA management for following modern trends and managing to respond to the challenges of modern information, introducing innovations in its services.

"On behalf of the Ministry of Scientific and Technological Development and Higher Education of Republika Srpska and on my own behalf, I send you my most sincere congratulations, with the wish that you perform your work as successfully as before," Budmir stated.

SRNA, by the decision of the National Assembly of the Serb Republic of BiH at the time, was founded on Annunciation in 1992 in Pale as the Serbian News Agency - SRNA.

SRNA is media that had a great influence in the creation of Republika Srpska. Just a few days after the start of the civil war in BiH, on April 7, 1992, the first news of the SRNA Agency was broadcast to the world.
