BAM 10 MILLION PROVIDED FOR PURCHASE OF ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING IN TESLIĆ

BANJA LUKA, AUGUST 13 /SRNA/ – The Government of Republika Srpska has approved information on the need to purchase an administrative building in Teslić, which will be used to accommodate several regional offices of Republika Srpska public institutions, with BAM 10 million secured for the purpose.

The building will house regional offices of the Republika Srpska Tax Administration, Employment Bureau, Pension and Disability Insurance Fund, Public Child Protection Fund, Republic Administration for Geodetic and Property-Legal Affairs, Ministry of Interior, as well as other institutions that express a need for premises, the Government's Public Relations Bureau said.

The Government of Republika Srpska also adopted a decision to establish the "Stevo Kaludjerčić" Primary School in Istočno Novo Sarajevo.

The need to establish the new school arose from a continuous increase in the number of pupils in Istočno Novo Sarajevo and a lack of space at the "Sveti Sava" Primary School, which is unable to provide adequate facilities for teaching and extracurricular activities for the growing number of pupils.

The Government had previously provided funding for the construction of the new school building, which has since been completed. After it was established that the requirements for founding a public primary school had been met, the process of establishing the school as an independent institution began.

The new school will take in some of the pupils currently attending the "Sveti Sava" Primary School, in accordance with the designated school attendance areas for primary schools in the municipality of Istočno Novo Sarajevo.
