ANTI-DAYTON FRANKENSTEIN IS LEADING BiH TOWARDS A CERTAIN AND PEACEFUL BREAKUP

BANJA LUKA, AUGUST 31 /SRNA/ - The anti-Dayton Frankenstein created from post-war BiH is certainly leading it towards a breakup, and a peaceful one at that, even though various fools from political Sarajevo are sabre rattling and swearing that they will not give the “genocide perpetrators” even an inch of BiH, lawyer Slavko Mitrović said.

"There are all kinds of jihad warriors for a `civic state of BiH,` including some with academic and scientific titles. But, as the saying goes, of all fools, the worst are educated fools," Mitrović wrote in an opinion piece for Glas Srpske.

Mitrović stressed that the right to political uprising and the exercise of national rights guaranteed by the Dayton Agreement is the most sacred duty of this generation of Republika Srpska’s Serb politicians.

He reminded that the Constitution of BiH explicitly prohibits its constitutional structure from being altered by any other act - including laws adopted by the Parliamentary Assembly, and especially decisions by the Peace Implementation Council /PIC/ or the High Representative - by adding powers to the BiH level that are not provided for in the Constitution.

"They have distorted many things to suppress Republika Srpska, the Serbs, as well as Croats in BiH. And no one has done anything about it. All those fabricated powers of the `state of BiH` still exist today, based on the logic of force, deception and manipulation by the so-called international community," Mitrović said.

He asked whether anything positive about Republika Srpska and the Serbs had ever been heard or read in the Sarajevo media.

"Every day, some form of spite and malice, belittling and humiliation is published. The relentless persecution by political Sarajevo, with no prospect of it ever ending. Why, then, remain in a union with such a structure?" Mitrović stressed.

He reiterated that the Constitution of BiH clearly states that all peoples have the right to self-determination and, based on this right, freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development.

"Once again, the time has come for us to say that the hour has come for a political uprising, for respect for international law and the Dayton Agreement as one of its most important documents," Mitrović concluded.
