ACCESS CREDENTIALS FOR "MOJE ZDRAVSTVO" APPLICATION AVAILABLE AT FUND OFFICES

BANJA LUKA, AUGUST 14 /SRNA/ - The Republika Srpska Health Insurance Fund /FZO/ has called on insured persons when visiting the Fund to collect their access credentials for the "Moje zdravstvo" application, which allows them to access their health records, medical findings, opinions and reports from specialist doctors, diagnostic test results, referrals and insurance status.

The application also allows insured persons to view the total cost of their healthcare, including how much they have paid through co-payments for treatment or certain tests and how much the Fund has covered from mandatory health insurance funds.

Insured persons can collect their access credentials at Health Insurance Fund offices on working days between 07:30 and 15:30.

They are required to sign a statement undertaking to use the credentials exclusively for personal purposes, keep them secure and not allow third parties to access them. After their first login, they can change their password.

From the moment they collect their access credentials, insured persons are responsible for any potential misuse of them.

After obtaining the access credentials, the application can be accessed via a computer through the moje.zdravstvo.org website, as well as via mobile phone.

The Fund is continuing the digitalization of the healthcare system in this way, with the aim of increasing transparency and making information more accessible to insured persons.
