BELGRADE, OCTOBER 27 /SRNA/ - Aleksandar Vučić, who headed the "United Serbia" list, has called on state bodies to work far more efficiently, as it is their duty, warning that if they fail to do so and the "Student List" supporters' terror against those who think differently continues, the SNS will have to organize itself to defend its members' lives.

"If that doesn't happen, we will have to make our own decisions in the days ahead if the terror against those who think differently continues," Vučić said.

He said he would not allow democracy and the Assembly to be abolished in Serbia, and asked the state to allow them to work in peace.

Speaking at the celebration of the feast of St. Petka, the party's patron saint day, Vučić said that the SNS, as the opposition, would not take part in any dialogue on any topic for the next four years.

"You will have people who think differently being terrorized in Serbia all the time," Vučić said, adding that the SNS is currently the largest party and that 1.7 million citizens voted for the "United Serbia" list.

He said the SNS was celebrating its patron saint day today in difficult conditions of genuine revolutionary terror, and added that a hard period lay ahead for the party's supporters, in which they would be persecuted.
