BELGRADE, AUGUST 13 /SRNA/ – Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić said that the back of Nenad Rašković, a Serb from Kosovo and Metohija who was beaten by members of the so-called Kosovo Police, represents the face of Albin Kurti.
"That is the only 'dialogue' he /Kurti/ conducts; he has never been interested in any other kind," Vučić told reporters in the village of Veliki Popović near Despotovac.
Vučić, who visited Rašković yesterday at the Clinical Centre of Serbia in Belgrade, said that Rašković had suffered two broken ribs and was experiencing severe pain.
He said that Rašković’s family was expected to visit him today.
"He is a man who does not have an easy life. He has a 16-year-old son. You can imagine what it was like for his child to see his father in such a condition. I believe that the family will be able to visit him today, while his brother will take care of the livestock," Vučić said.
Nenad Rašković, who was abused and beaten by the so-called Kosovo Police, was transferred to Belgrade yesterday due to the severity of his injuries and his serious overall health condition. He is being treated at the Emergency Centre of the Clinical Centre of Serbia.
Members of the so-called Kosovo Police entered the Rašković family home in the village of Dren, in the municipality of Zubin Potok, on Tuesday, beating and torturing Nenad Rašković without cause and demanding that he hand over a rifle, which he does not possess.
