SZIJJARTO: INCREASINGLY DRASTIC ATTEMPTS TO TOPPLE PATRIOTIC GOVERNMENTS

BELGRADE, AUGUST 14 /SRNA/ – Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto stated that increasingly drastic attempts are being made to topple the patriotic governments of Slovakia, Hungary, and Serbia.

Szijjarto believes this is as clear as day, stressing that in Central Europe the attempts at intervention are becoming more and more evident.

After a telephone conversation with the foreign ministers of Serbia and Slovakia, Marko Đurić and Juraj Blanar, Szijjarto wrote on social media that mutual solidarity had been confirmed.

He added that Brussels wants to remove from the Central European region governments that are patriotic and oriented towards peace, and that, because of this, countries should be even more committed to defending their sovereignty.

He also pointed out that the events in Serbia last night and the surveys about Slovaks in Hungary are “chapters in Brussels’ scenario,” and that the EU seeks to replace patriotic governments with puppet governments.

Szijjarto assessed that Brussels is no longer a significant player in global politics, as evidenced by the fact that at the U.S.-Russia talks in Alaska this week, Europe will not be given a seat at the table, “Sputnik" reports.

“This clearly frustrates the political leaders of the liberal mainstream, leading to increased pressure on governments that advocate for peace, promote national interest, and refuse to yield to Brussels,” Szijjarto concluded.
