BEOGRAD, APRIL 2 /SRNA/ – The Government of Serbia has extended the ban on the export of oil and petroleum products until May 2.
The Government of Serbia stated that the aim is to protect the domestic market from shortages of petroleum derivatives, given that global developments are significantly affecting supply and reducing availability.
The first export ban on oil and petroleum products from Serbia was introduced by the government decision on March 9.
Such measures were prompted by ongoing conflicts in the Middle East.
