DINČIĆ: VUČIĆ’S HEALTH CONDITION CURRENTLY SATISFACTORY

BELGRADE, MAY 3 /SRNA/ - The health condition of the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, is currently stable and satisfactory, the head of the military medical administration, cardiologist Dragan Dinčić, said today.

Dinčić stated that this was assessed by a council of doctors and that Vučić was prescribed therapy.

"He will leave the MMA within the next hour and it is not realistic to expect him to return to regular activities in the next few days," Dinčić told Tanjug.

He mentioned that in the last 10 years, during which he has been treating Vučić, he has had problems due to high blood pressure on three occasions, but that they were never like the last one.

Dinčić said that during his stay in the United States, the President of Serbia felt a strong pain in his chest that lasted for several seconds, which desagrees with the testimony of others who were in the same room with him.

"He got additional therapy and 45 minutes later, when he measured his blood pressure, it was 165/98, which means that before the therapy, the pressure was higher. The doctors from America did everything and he decided to return to the country despite the doctors’ opposing opinion," said Dinčić.
