DARKO MLADIĆ TO HOLD PRESS CONFERENCE IN BELGRADE TOMORROW

BELGRADE, SEPTEMBER 3 /SRNA/ – Darko Mladić, the son of General Ratko Mladić, will hold a press conference in Belgrade tomorrow to announce details regarding the general’s funeral.

Darko Mladić confirmed to SRNA that the press conference would be held at the Media Centre tomorrow at noon.

He added that General Mladić would be buried at Topčider Cemetery on Monday, Sept. 7.

According to information obtained by SRNA, a commemoration for General Mladić is expected to be held at the Army House in Belgrade at noon on Saturday, Sept. 5.

The coffin with General Mladić’s reamins was transported from The Hague to Belgrade this afternoon and subsequently transferred to the Military Medical Academy, where an autopsy will be performed.

General Ratko Mladić died at the detention unit’s hospital in The Hague on Aug. 27.
