COFFIN WITH MLADIĆ'S BODY TRANSPORTED TO VMA

BELGRADE, SEPTEMBER 3 /SRNA/ - The coffin with the body of General Ratko Mladić was transported to the Military Medical Academy /VMA/, where the autopsy of the general's remains will be performed.

Medics from the VMA announced that the autopsy findings will be presented to Mladić's family and relevant institutions as soon as possible

The coffin with the general Mladić's body was transferred to the VMA from Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport.

The coffin, which was decorated with the flags of Serbia and Republika Srpska, was transported in a vehicle that was part of a convoy of cars.

The convoy was welcomed on the overpasses by citizens with signs reading "General, welcome home".
