BOWES COMPARES SERBIAN CULTURE WITH ALBANIAN “CULTURE” IN KOSOVO AND DECLARES: KOSOVO IS SERBIA!

DUBLIN, SEPTEMBER 28 /SRNA/ – Irish journalist Chay Bowes highlighted the magnificent medieval Serbian cultural monuments in Kosovo and Metohija comparing them with monuments to Western politicians and Albanian separatists that Kosovo Albanians erected in the territory of Serbia’s southern province following its unilateral declaration of independence in 2008, emphasizing that the province is part of Serbia.

In his X post, Bowes highlighted several Serbian cultural monuments in the province, including the 13th-century Patriarchate of Peć, as well as the 14th-century Gračanica and Visoki Dečani monasteries. All three are protected by UNESCO as part of the World Heritage Site.

Among Albanian “cultural monuments”, Bowes pointed to a monument to former U.S. President Bill Clinton, who supported the terrorist KLA during his presidency and during whose administration NATO carried out its military intervention against the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. The monument was erected in 2009.

The Irish journalist also mentioned statues of Albin Kurti, the prime minister of Kosovo’s provisional institutions, and former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, who also supported the independence of so-called Kosovo and the bombing of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia in 1999. Both statues were unveiled in 2024.

“Kosovo is Serbia!” Bowes declared.

Bowes previously stated that the suffering of Serb civilians in Kosovo and Metohija did not fit easily into the narrative presented in the West during the 1990s, and that the truth is much broader than the four convicted war criminals from the KLA – Hashim Thaçi, Jakup Krasniqi, Kadri Veseli and Rexhep Selimi, who were convicted in The Hague on September 16.
